We have a selction of accommodation choices ranging from $300/month furnished rooms to beautiful 2 bedroom apartments priced above $1000/month all centrally located in district 1 and 3. In the meantime the following is a description of the rooms currently available.

1. 168/35/5 Nguyen Cu Trinh, District 1, HCMC - Set in a quiet alleyway off Nguyen Cu Trinh Street it takes approx 5 minutes to walk to Pham Ngu Lao/Bui Vien Street. The property is a beautiful, imposing French style Villa with a small attractive front garden/patio area complete with stone bench to sit and relax. There is a large garage area for motorbikes. The property also has a roof terrace which would be great for BBQ’s, house parties or just to invite your friends and chill out with a few beers. You can walk to a large supermarket stocking an array of international products in 5 minutes. It is part of an entertainment complex that includes a multiscreen cinema and a food court.
ROOM/HOUSE FACILITIES
A stunning, spacious superior room of 45m2 which has 2 sets of French windows that open onto balconies. The room has luxury wooden flooring, bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, fridge freezer, cable TV, free wi-fi access, desk, sofa, spacious wardrobe and a comfortable king size bed.
The room is cleaned twice weekly.
The house is not a family home so there are no access time restrictions.

$450/month all inclusive except electricity (3.500 vnd/kw)
Prices are negotiable for long term contracts.

2. 15A/54 Le Thanh Ton, District 1, HCMC - A friendly house which is located in a safe and very quiet alleyway off Le Thanh Ton Street in this popular Japanese quarter of District 1. There are dozens of excellent Japanese restaurants that line the alleyways and roads leading off Le Thanh Ton just minutes walk from the house (not to mention the Italian, French, Indian, Brazilian, Chinese etc and of course Vietnamese restaurants). If this is not enough the bars, restaurants and shopping Malls in the centre of District 1 are a 10 minute stroll away and District 2 is a 15 minute motorbike ride.
ROOM/HOUSE FACILITIES
There are currently 2 rooms available.
The larger room is spacious with a balcony, air conditioning, bathroom with bath tub, fridge freezer, cable TV, free wi-fi, desk and seating area and good sized wardrobe. The monthly rent is $400.
The smaller room is more compact but is light, clean and comfortable with a walk in shower, fridge freezer, cable TV, free wi-fi, desk and wardrobe. The monthly rent for this room is $350.
The ground floor has a shared kitchen with cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery and a shared room with seating and space to park motorbikes and a water machine dispensing free, clean cold water.
The roof terrace houses a washing machine and facilities to dry your clothes. The house cleaner will also wash your clothes upon request if you prefer.
The room is cleaned twice a week.
The house is not a family home so there are no access time restrictions.

3.120/3 Le Lai, District 1, HCMC - This house is conveniently located in a safe and quiet alleyway off Le Lai in District 1. It is separated from Pham Ngu Lao Street and the bars, restaurants and attractions that area has to offer by a 2 minute walk through 23/9 Park. A 5 minute stroll will bring you to the hustle and bustle of the iconic Ben Thanh market. Another 10 minutes and you will be in the centre of District 1. This area offers a myriad of upmarket restaurants, hotels and bars each serving top quality national dishes from around the world or maybe you want to sample the buzzing nightlife that is on offer. Either way, in this quiet oasis of calm within HCMC you are never far away from activities to keep you entertained.

The room has bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, fridge freezer, 32inch cable TV, free wifi access, comfortable double bed and desk. There is a shared kitchen area with dining table, stove and cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
