Some english teachers have just come back country yesterday after a 2 year lease and we are looking for as good tenants.
4bedrooms - 6toilets - 4floors - 900USD – Near Ba Chieu Martket
Location:

Situated in a big alley that the taxi can come to the entrance directly - 300 meter from Ba Chieu Martket and close to the Coopmart Dinh Tien Hoang and Coopmart Nguyen Xi.

The house is covered by big green trees, full of fresh natural air with a park before the entrance.

Area: 18 meter X 4 meter, fourth floors.

First floor: divided into 2 room: fully furnished kitchen with a huge fridge and beautiful eating table. A spacious area for parking inside.

Second and third floor are divided into two big fresh bedrooms 'cause there are three windows welcoming light to the room. Each rooms all have toilet and two tall big tabs and a working take inside. So conveniently.

The last floor is used as a washing room, with an electronic washing machine and a spacious for hanging your clothes under a big canopy of leaves so you dont have to hurry to take your clothes by sudden rain.

Legally: The house has been registered with the authority and be legally allowed to have it rent for foreigners. So no more worry about registration for residence with the police.

Where is Saigon?

It's not wrong to wonder where in the world Saigon is.

Saigon is the name of the city now officially known as Ho Chi Minh City. But most people who call Saigon home call their home Saigon and it's mostly tourists who I hear refer to it as Ho Chi Minh City (or Ho Chi Minh Ville for the French).

After the Vietnam/American War ended in 1975, many place names ceased to exist such as Saigon, South Vietnam, and plenty of street names.

Tu Do is now Dong Khoi, Thong Nhat is Le Duan. And Tan Son Nhut Airport is now Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Rue Paul Blanchy has been Hai Ba Trung since the 1950s.

Those who haven't seen Vietnam for decades will be confused not just by the geographical changes but the incredible amount of development and modernization that has since taken place.
